Connecting a Shopify store — step by step

Before you start

  • Make sure you have an active Shopify account in the business name, with at least one product.
  • Make sure the Store module is enabled for the site. If there is no Store in the management menu — contact us and we'll enable it.

The connection steps

  1. 1In the management menu click Store (under Work).
  2. 2Choose the site you want to connect the store to.
  3. 3Enter your Shopify store address (for example mystore.myshopify.com) and click Connect store.
  4. 4You'll be taken to Shopify to approve permissions — click Install. It's a one-time approval that lets us manage the store for you.
  5. 5You return automatically to the system — and see the store's products, inventory and orders.

What now?

  • Full store page: already live at your-site/store — with all products, a cart and checkout.
  • Products section on the home page: in the visual editor, add the Store — Featured Products section to any page. It shows a beautiful product strip in the site's colors, with a link to the full store.
  • You can connect your own domain — and the store will appear under it.
💡 Tip: You can run the whole connection from chat too (if you connected ChatGPT / Claude): just ask to connect your Shopify store to the site.
