Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you browse a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences—such as sign-in status, language, and text size—for a period of time, so that you do not need to enter them again on every visit.
This Policy explains which cookies are used by build it up, available at builditup.io and its subdomains, and how you can manage them.
2. Types of Cookies Used by the System
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential to the System’s core operation and cannot be disabled. They include authentication cookies, security cookies such as CSRF protection, and session-state cookies. The System cannot be used without them.
Legal basis: legitimate interests / performance of a contract.
2.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies remember your preferences, such as light or dark mode, language, accessibility settings, and other variables that improve the user experience. Blocking them will not prevent basic operation, but may reduce convenience.
2.3 Analytics Technologies
Optional measurement runs only after permission. Umami is cookie-free but still processes technical visit identifiers; Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may also run when configured and permitted.
2.4 Marketing and Advertising Technologies
Marketing pixels, including Meta Pixel or Google Ads, may run on the Company website or a customer website only when configured and after the Visitor permits the marketing category.
3. Third-Party Cookies
External providers may include Vercel for hosting, Neon for authentication and data infrastructure, Cloudflare for media and security, legacy Cloudinary media, and Google OAuth when you choose Google sign-in. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
4. How to Manage and Block Cookies
You can change your choice at any time through the button below, and you may also block or delete browser storage through your browser settings.
Please note: blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and access to parts of the System.
5. Cookies on Websites Created Through the System
The System blocks optional measurement, marketing, videos, forms, and social embeds until the visitor makes a choice. Maps remain available as functional content, load lazily, and may send basic technical data to the map provider. Website Owners remain responsible for ensuring that their settings, wording, legal documents, and processing match their activity and applicable law.
6. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981. Proceedings shall be brought before the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Where the law permits the parties to agree on venue and the engagement is not a consumer transaction, venue shall be in the Southern District unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
