Accessibility Statement

At build it up, operated by Otef Digital Agency, accessibility is a core value. We work to make the Website and website-building platform accessible to the public, including people with disabilities. We believe that the internet should be equitable and open to everyone.

This Statement applies to builditup.io, its subdomains, and the System’s management interface. Websites created through the System by end Users remain the responsibility of their respective Website Owners, as stated in the Terms of Use.

We provide infrastructure and templates intended to help create accessible websites. However, each Website Owner is responsible for reviewing the completed website, its content, images, videos, documents, colors, custom code, and subsequent updates, and for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable to it.

The Website and Platform are designed and tested with the goal of meeting the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 5773–2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, Level AA. As an additional quality target, product testing also includes relevant WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria.

This wording describes our accessibility goal and working process; it is not a conformance approval, professional opinion, or certification. A complete professional accessibility audit is still required before launch.

Additional adjustments:

• An accessibility menu on legal pages and product screens where the control is embedded.
• Right-to-left layout support for Hebrew, as part of ongoing accessibility testing.
• Highlighted links and clearly visible focus states.
• Forms with labels, clear error messages, and required-field indicators.
• A hierarchical heading structure (H1 → H2 → H3).
• Alternative text for meaningful images.
• No video automatically plays with sound.

On pages where the accessibility control is available, open it through the button marked with the accessibility symbol. It provides adjustments including:

• Increasing and decreasing text size.
• Highlighting links and headings.
• High contrast, dark mode, and grayscale.
• Pausing animations and motion.
• Increasing cursor size.
• Quickly resetting all settings.

If you encounter difficulty using the Website or have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us. We will endeavor to address your inquiry as quickly as possible, and in any event within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

This Statement is updated periodically to reflect changes to the Website, new accessibility adjustments, and updates to applicable standards. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
