Managing the store — from the system and from chat

Once a store is connected, you can manage it two ways — without logging into Shopify.

1. From the system — the Store screen

The Store screen shows every product with its price, inventory and status, plus the number of orders. It's the control center for each site's store.

2. From chat (if you connected AI)

Just write in plain language, and the AI does it through the system:

  • 'Add a product: Logo T-shirt, 89 ILS, stock 40'
  • 'Update the price of [product] to 120 ILS'
  • 'Update the stock of [product] to 15'
  • 'What products are in the store?' / 'Show recent orders'

Editing the look

  • The store and product pages automatically adopt the site's colors and fonts.
  • The store section on the home page is edited in the visual editor — heading, subtitle, number of products, collection and button.

About orders and customer data

For privacy protection, Shopify releases access to order and customer details (name, address, email) only after our app is officially approved by Shopify. Until then, full order details are viewed in the Shopify admin — while product, price and inventory management already work fully today.

💡 Tip: A price or inventory change appears in the site's store shortly (the system refreshes automatically after each change).
