Connecting Ad Accounts

Connect accounts when you want to publish paid campaigns or schedule content to Facebook Pages and Instagram. You do not need a Meta connection to find groups, save them, or prepare a manual group run.

Steps

  1. 1Open the project in Marketing Hub
  2. 2Go to the Settings tab
  3. 3In the account connection area, click to connect to Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and approve permissions in the window that opens
  4. 4Connect Google in the same way
  5. 5Select the correct assets: Facebook page, Instagram account, and ad account

Connecting through a Client

If you manage marketing for a client — you can send them a secure connection link (via connected AI chat: ask "Check connection status and send me a client connection link"). The client approves it, and you can start working.

What to Verify?

  • The Meta account has permissions for the page and ad account
  • The business page is connected to the Instagram account (if you want to advertise there too)
💡 Tip: If publishing fails with a permissions error — disconnect and reconnect Meta, and approve all requested permissions.

You can simply ask Up

Up answers using this guide, suggests the next step, and leads to the relevant screen.
