One system for the whole company
build it up connects the people, customers, websites, work, knowledge, and enabled modules that belong to the same business. This public guide explains the shared structure. After signing in, Help center → System overview (/admin/help-center?section=overview) shows the private, current view for your selected website and role: what is already ready, which tools you can use, and the next available steps. Business details (/admin/company) holds the company identity — its name, logo, and brand.

Nothing is enabled, published, or changed merely by opening this view. The exact list follows the selected website, its enabled modules, and your permissions.

Website-specific or business-wide?
One test decides it: if something changes when you switch websites, it belongs to the active website. If it is the same no matter which website is selected, it belongs to the business. Website modules are configured from Settings; teammates have their own My team destination.
The menu adapts to your role and to the modules enabled for the active website. A module that is not enabled stays hidden, and a person without permission cannot open it through a direct link.
Tip: When something is missing, first confirm the active website, then review your role and the website’s enabled modules.
