Sales and Proposals — From Lead to Signature

In the menu: "Sales and Proposals". This is the advanced sales center — sales pipeline, quotes, and digital signature.

What's There?

  • Sales Board — Visual deals board by stages
  • Quotes — Build professional proposals: customized items, multiple options for customer choice ("Choose a package"), free included services, automatic drafts, and editing of existing proposals
  • Digital Signature — The customer receives a link, chooses an option, and signs from their phone
  • Products and Price List — Item catalog for reuse in proposals
  • Message Templates — Pre-written texts for quick sending

Creating a Quote

  1. 1Open "Sales and Proposals" → Quotes
  2. 2Create a new proposal (or from an existing lead)
  3. 3Add items from the price list or customized items; you can define multiple options
  4. 4Send the link to the customer — you'll see when it was viewed and when it was signed

Field Sales Hub

Additionally, there's a "Sales Hub" — a fast mobile interface for sales people: dial/WhatsApp with a click, follow-up reminders, assigning leads between team members, and freezing/closing leads on the go.

💡 Tip: A proposal with 2–3 options for selection closes more than a single-price proposal — let the customer decide "how much", not "if".
