Smart pages
Smart pages turn structured business records into pages that can be searched, filtered, and kept consistent. Use them for repeatable information such as suppliers, inventory, listings, or another collection whose fields should follow one approved structure.
First step: open My business → Smart pages (/admin/pages), select the active website, and choose a suitable preset or an existing entity. Define the fields before importing records, then preview the page with a small, accurate sample.
When the module is off, its records and pages are not available through the dashboard or connected tools. An empty page means no entity or record is ready yet. Nothing is published from a draft automatically, and every read or write still follows the website, entitlement, and role permissions.
