Catalog

The catalog is the managed list of products, services, or offers that the business wants to reuse. Use it when the same item needs a consistent name, description, image, price, or availability across customer-facing surfaces.

First step: open My business → Catalog (/admin/catalog), choose the relevant website or company scope shown on the screen, and add one real item with complete customer-facing details. Preview where it will appear before publishing or sharing it.

When the Catalog module is off, items are not exposed through that destination. An empty catalog simply means no reusable item has been created; it does not create products from documents or website text automatically. Visibility still depends on the website, module, item status, and the person’s permissions.
