Sections — The Building Blocks of Your Website

Sections are page areas such as the hero, services, gallery, or contact form.

Add a section

  1. 1Select Sections in the tool rail, then select Add.
  2. 2Search by name or browse the categories and select a section.
  3. 3The section is inserted before the footer, selected for editing, and brought into the preview.

Common section types

  • Basics: Hero, About, Header, Footer
  • Content: Services, Portfolio, Gallery, Team, Process, Blog
  • Trust: Testimonials, Results, Clients, Awards, Certifications
  • Conversion: Pricing, Call to action, Contact form, FAQ, Newsletter
  • Utility: Statistics, Video, Map, Timeline, Divider, Opening hours
  • Smart section: describe the result and edit the visual content; technical code stays in the closed advanced area

Section actions

  • Reorder — use the up and down arrows
  • Duplicate or remove — open the section’s ⋮ menu
  • Hide or show — use the same ⋮ menu; hidden sections stay in the draft but are not shown to visitors
  • Header and Footer are global and cannot be removed
Tip: You can ask the assistant, "Add a six-item services section after About." When you name a position, the assistant keeps that placement.

You can simply ask Up

Up answers using this guide, suggests the next step, and leads to the relevant screen.
