Reminders — So No Task Falls Through the Cracks

The task system can send automatic reminders for tasks approaching their due date or that are already overdue.

Setup

  1. 1In Task Management, open reminder settings
  2. 2Activate reminders and choose the frequency and daily limit
  3. 3Reminders arrive in your email

Reminder Types

  • Approaching Due Date — a task whose due date is near
  • Overdue — a task that has passed its due date and is still open

Reminder Log

The system keeps a log of what was sent and when — so you can verify that an alert was indeed sent.

💡 Tip: Set a due date for every task, even if estimated — a task without a date is a task that doesn't happen.

You can simply ask Up

Up answers using this guide, suggests the next step, and leads to the relevant screen.
