| Leads & customers | The CRM, documents, and signatures |
| My business | Tasks, calendar, mail, bookings, store, courses, organizational knowledge, and custom dashboards |
| My team | Teammates and their permissions |
| Automations | Automated workflows that cross work areas |
| Analytics | Website, marketing, and lead performance in one view |

| Connect AI | Connect ChatGPT or Claude to the platform through MCP |
How to tell where something lives
The rule is simple: if it changes when you switch websites, it belongs to the active website. If it stays the same across websites, it belongs to the business. My website and website-scoped actions only appear after you select a website in the website switcher.
Every screen has exactly one home, and the sidebar is the only way to move between screens.
Account settings
Open Settings from the sidebar. The settings hub contains business configuration and connections; its personal tabs contain profile, security, notifications, appearance and language, and account and data.
Modules and permissions
Bookings, locations, the website assistant, and other optional capabilities appear only after they are enabled for the website. Inside a company, each person only sees the areas allowed by their role and capabilities.
Dark and light mode
Use the sun or moon button to switch between light and dark mode.
Tip: If a capability is missing, confirm the active website, then review both the module and the role permission.
You can simply ask Up
Up answers using this guide, suggests the next step, and leads to the relevant screen.
